Velázquez's Las Meninas (Museo del Prado, Madrid) is one of the most studied works of art in history and yet, not all historians agree on its meaning, genre and even date.
Manet, Goya, Oscar Wilde all drew on this marvellous painting to create their own works. Picasso, also obsessed with this canvas, even said that he would lock himself in a room and not come out until he understood its meaning.
The Meninas holds so many mysteries that in my proposal I highlighted its darkest side.

I hope you like this work as much as I enjoyed its evolution. High quality materials. Textured
