"Tionio is the result of the landing of Raventós Codorníu in Ribera del Duero and a true discovery. The firm takes its name from the expression that the Romans used to refer to pure wines, and its philosophy is based on low yields and a high level of selection to obtain wines faithful to the terroir. Tionio Crianza, 100% fine red wine, has its origins in the La Asperilla estate, located in Peñafiel (Valladolid) at 800 meters above sea level and managed organically; where grapes very rich in color and aromas are produced."
