Result of an agronomic and enological research went on many years, Amarone Bosan grows up in a vineyard situated in the Valpolicella area. The style of wine training, pruning and the accurate choice at picking during harvest, provide grapes that aftercarefully drying process, produce this great wine, completed by ageing in French barriques and long rest in the bottle. Perfect with red meat, venison and ripe cheeses, it is also an excellent after-dinner wine.

With fruit harvested more than a decade ago, the Cesari 2010 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva Bosan is a dark and savory expression with a rich combination of primary and tertiary aromas given by the wine's age. Indeed, the fruit is very well preserved, and there are plenty of layers to dig into. The blend is 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella, and the wine wraps thickly over the palate with dry tannins and lots of dense fruit fiber.
