I usually saw them on the first line of tracks in big train yards of metropolitan cities. These trains have been standing there for many years waiting to be demolished. When graffiti writers enter the yard, they will pass by this first line of tracks, before going to paint running trains. Graffiti writers often test spray cans on these old trains. They also come back to paint them after painting running trains on the way back to put outlines tags or throw-ups. That's how after many years these carriages become to look so over-tagged.
