Queen – News Of The World

- is the sixth studio album by legendary British rock band Queen.
The album was first released on October 28, 1977 and is considered one of the most distinctive albums in the band's history.

News of the World was released in 1977 and followed the successful 1976 album A Day at the Races.

Some of the album's most famous songs include "We Will Rock You" and "We Are the Champions".
These two hits became anthems of rock music and are still an integral part of many sporting events and concerts today.

The album cover for "News of the World" was designed by renowned science fiction artist Frank Kelly Freas.
It depicts a giant, robotic creature holding members of the band in its hands, which is a surreal and iconic depiction.

In addition to the two hits mentioned above, the album contains other notable songs such as "Spread Your Wings", "It's Late" and "My Melancholy Blues".
Each of these songs contributes to the diversity of the album.

Netjes verpakt en snel verzonden. De hoes zoals omschreven, maar de LP is niet zoals omschreven Deze heeft helaas wel een hoorbare kras op side B in twee nummers.

11 days for a shipping paid at a high price, record with constant hiss and low sound on side A. Side B better. Vg+NM gradation a little exaggerated.

Antwort des Verkäufers

This buyer is well known: Francesco Scannapieco, who always tries to buy LPs directly and after you refuse, he tries to get high discounts due to alleged defects, even with other sellers. If you offer him to take the Lp back, he suddenly doesn't want to do this. 11 days delivery time is of course complete nonsense, it was 5 days after the late payment from him until the parcel was on site! 23.50€ shipping costs for special cardboard, foils,,Lp-sleeve, antistatic foil quite normal. If this was too much for him, then why did he bid and take these rare Lp from PF away from other real collectors! Beware of very dubious buyer. Also greetings to the competition for whom he makes the ratings and who cannot accept that there are companies that get 2000 positive ratings in three years at Catawiki. he is of course blocked for further purchases. Item as pictured and described & quick shipment. However, the package was not addressed correctly and ended up in the wrong house, which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, great transaction.
