Both boxes of parts were secured with duct tape in the same way and only one appears to have been opened. On the other hand, the fact that one leg of the board has broken can only be explained by the fact that the package has been given a strong blow because those legs are screwed together. The only solution is to cancel the sale so you can get your money back. I insist that I am sorry that the chess arrived broken but I assure you that I always use the protection that I consider appropriate for transport but I cannot prevent the carriers from mishandling the packages.

¿Qué daño tienen las piezas?!!!!!!!! Las piezas están en perfecto estado como se puede ver en el reportaje fotográfico. No sé a qué se refiere

El ajedrez estaba en perfecto estado. No tenia ningún desperfecto. Las dimensiones de las piezas están nombradas en la descripción del anuncio y fotografiadas al lado de un flexómetro para poder verificar sus dimensiones en el reportaje fotográfico del anuncio. Esta queja es absurda

Usted ha intentado estafarme. Ha querido quedarse el ajedrez y no pagarlo. La descripción es exacta y precisa. Usted me pidió un descuento al recibir el ajedrez presentando una reclamación absurda, a lo cuál me negué. No acepto chantajes. Sin embargo le ofrecí la posibilidad de devolverlo, pero usted prefirió quedárselo y presentar una reclamación a CATAWIKI y el experto de CATAWIKI ha considerado su reclamación improcedente, a pesar de la clara orientación a favor del comprador que tiene CATAWIKI, porque su reclamación no tiene ningún fundamento. Que usted no compre más en CATAWIKI hará de esta plataforma un lugar más seguro para las personas honradas.
