It is a delicious, fruity and floral red, with irresistible juiciness. On the nose it smells of raspberry, red flowers and Mediterranean scrub. The enveloping aromas are reflected in a sip in which the softness of the sun-ripened fruit is central, promptly enlivened by an irrepressible savory push, like a rough sea breaking on the rocks. Expressive, brilliant, with a velvety touch and long persistence.
