This great synthesizer from the legendary D-series contains fantastic effects and also an extensive multitrack sequencer. The re-launching of the D-series in Boutique versions proves the power and usability of this synthesizer! The Roland D-20 has powerful sequencing capabilities, but is also very nice in live performances: with a 61-key layout, it is a must-have for those new tracks. The keys feel perfect, Roland is the most professional and reliable partner in synthesizers for electro and synth pop orientated music. The Harmony feature provides an easy use of octaves, 5ths and so on. In the 1980s and 90s, these chord progressions were used a lot for House and Rave music. Chase is a kind of MIDI delay and this works perfectly to give your sound some extra shine and bounce. The Arpeggiator is also perfect and the sound can also be adjusted while playing. The arp can also drive other sound modules via MIDI. The sequencer also provides additional options where you can store all of your arrangements on a floppy disk.
