About the artist:
Born in 1989 in Florida, Talion grew up in the popular neighborhood of Liberty City. Influenced by pop culture, she took the example of local greats to create her empire like Luke from the group 2 Live crew, Mickey Rourke for his combativeness and Hudonis Haslem for his perseverance.
Fascinated by the world of art, and more particularly street art, Talion created her first works from posters found in neighboring neighborhoods. Activist for the Afro cause, her first subject is big names, like Mohamed Ali, Nelson Mandela and many others.
It was from 2015 that she decided to stick her creations in the popular neighborhoods of Florida, where she was spotted by different art galleries to install her work.
“I want to be that successful Afro woman who makes her dreams come true!” Show our young people from working-class neighborhoods that it is possible to achieve this.
Street art now has its place in the most beautiful galleries in the world and this is possible thanks to great artists like Banksy and Alec Monopoly. I want to represent this population and show the whole world my daily life and my love for others. »

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:
-When a package arrives damaged, please refuse it and indicate the reasons for refusal on the delivery slip (be sure to indicate how the problem is "broken, damaged, bent", etc.) .

-If you plan to be away, please send us a message requesting to reschedule your shipment in advance. If your postal address is not correct, please notify Catawiki customer service before paying for your lot.

-Important: When you open your package, please do not try to unroll in reverse, let the paper lay flat for 48 hours before putting it in a frame. Your work was photographed while it was packaged in the tube. We make sure there is no damage to the paper before it leaves the studio. It is your responsibility to open and handle with great care."
