Hardback pictorial cover, brown leather on the spine, large format. Yellow red and blue, green and black, girl flying a kite, plain brown on the back. Designed to look like a child’s painting. Cover is in good shape for age and colours are vibrant.

Inside, illustrated by many different artists, some in their early career, for example Joyce Mercer. Twenty plates, many are signed including those by Louis Wain.
Full page and double spread line drawings in red ink and painterly colour plates.
