Magnificent Mueller & Co Volkstedt (1907 - 1949) putti figurines depicting the “Four Seasons” allegories, hand painted porcelain, in excellent condition.
Darling “Four Seasons” putti, marvelous adorned with specific of each season: flowers, grains, fruits and cold. Great hand painted under the glaze, gilded on the base.
Anton Muller was working in the porcelain industry in Volkstedt in the late 19th century. He became highly regarded and, in 1907, with Otto Hammer, established in Volkstedt Porzellanmanufaktur Anton Müller.
All the figurines are in excellent condition, marked with MV Mueller & Co Volkstedt 1907 - 1949 mark of the period, minor chips on flowers here and there, otherwise NO cracks, NO hairlines and NO repairs, please see the pictures as they are part of description.
