Limited edition hand-painted cel of Bugs Bunny and Cecil the Turtle, created from original Robert McKimson artwork for a book that included a 78 rpm record. This is #217 in a limited edition of 500. A facsimile McKimson signature, Tom Mckimson and WB seal are on the cel. Nice images of 4" and 6", matted and framed to 18" x 15" and in Fine condition.
