DESCRIPTION
At Caves da Cerca we believe that great wines begin with the passion of making wine. Every year we strive to rigorously select the best grapes from each region, to create contemporary wines using the best processing and winemaking techniques. Believing in the unique natural characteristics of each location, we initiated a series of projects with the aim of creating world-class white wines. These wines demonstrate great longevity, evolving favorably in the bottle for several years. When the grape varieties used have the appropriate characteristics, we use different winemaking techniques and aging methods that highlight the full potential of the wine. The process is monitored step by step by our winemaking team using the most appropriate processes for transmitting the characteristics of each terroir to the bottle. Every detail counts and the processes used result in fabulous wines that can be enjoyed by everyone. We try to convey our passion to an activity that we love and are proud of. We believe that when the consumer tries one of our products, all of this becomes noticeable.

VINIFICATION
This Brandy is the result of a blend of a careful selection of wine brandies, after aging in Iberian and French oak casks for at least 6 years. The original wines are selected and distilled using traditional methods. After tuning, the spirits are aged and blended, respecting the original traditional formula.

TASTING NOTES
Bright amber in color, the aroma is discreet vinous with notes of toast and cocoa derivatives. In the mouth it is complex and fruity with quality tannins and good greasiness. Long, velvety and persistent finish.

SERVING
Excellent digestive to accompany coffee or a good cigar. Store in an upright position, in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature between 18ºC and 20ºC. Consume in moderation.
