The Yamaha DSR-2000 has 60 Awesome preset sounds, 40 User definable sounds, very Nice Rhythm patterns, a powerful sequencer, great sounding stereo speakers, MIDI, a tiltable display , Very comfortable modulation and pitch bend wheels, but most important: powerful synthesizer sounds with 12 editing parameters. (The joystick controls at the right side controls all the synthesizer parameters)

The Yamaha DSR 2000 is a programmable 4-operator polyphonic FM synthesizer with sequencer, MIDI, drum, bass & chord Auto-accompaniment and many more functions and effects. It has a very powerful synth visualized by LEDs, where sounds can be easily created using 12 different parameters.

40 of your own sounds and 16 self-programmed accompaniments can be saved. An additional 99 fixed voice presets (lots of fantastic Sawtooth & Squarewave sounds!) and 16 fixed rhythm presets. In addition, the data can be stored by means of cassette, computer or RAM. Perfect Synth brasses, excellent e-piano's, lots and lots of the real 80's sounds, great filter, filled with rough and extra deep basses! Also the analog drum sounds and programmable beatmaker are very very nice to have.

*** ATTENTION: ----> The 4 white keys at the very high end (C,B,A,G) don't come up like they should. They still can be used, they work, but the key springs seem not to be working properly so they don't play as nice as all the other keys. After pressed, they do not make a continuous sound so don't worry! Perhaps quite easilly repaired. If you avoid these notes, or use the machine via MIDI as a synthesizer sound module then you should be perfectly happy right away. See picture number 44 for a closeup. Other that that, all is in good condition, see pictures for details. All other keys, buttons, touch sensitivity, functions, MIDI, inputs and outputs, are all working perfect.

A great substitute for a DX-7. Capable of creating many thousands of unique synth sounds!
