Crafted from reclaimed ash wood, this table is a testament to giving materials a second life.
The entire log has been meticulously sanded to reveal its intriguing grain patterns and natural color variations, complete with numerous cracks that enhance its rustic charm. The bottom of the log is partially charred using a traditional Japanese technique, creating a dramatic effect as if the table is gradually engulfed by darkness from the base. This represents a striking contrast between light and shadow, embodying two worlds.
