THE POLICE BOX Canyon Records Released 1987 Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Police's debut 10 7" gold records Custom wooden box (with serial number) Complete discography, 1 pin-up picture CD with biography
Limited to just 5000 copies (your Number 3152) and was only released in Japan. This box set contains 10 Police 7" singles that spanned their career. Each vinyl is pressed in metallic gold color and the sleeves that accompany them are also completely different from other regular Police singles artwork. It also contains an 11th blank picture disc in its own black sleeve with a bio about the band, each member, and their discography, all in Japanese. The whole set comes housed in a red velvet lined wooden box with number burned onto the cover. The record matrices are in sequence so they range from 118Y3039-1 to 118Y3039-10. The blank picture disc has no matrix.

This buyer is well known: Francesco Scannapieco, who always tries to buy LPs directly and after you refuse, he tries to get high discounts due to alleged defects, even with other sellers. If you offer him to take the Lp back, he suddenly doesn't want to do this. 11 days delivery time is of course complete nonsense, it was 5 days after the late payment from him until the parcel was on site! 23.50€ shipping costs for special cardboard, foils,,Lp-sleeve, antistatic foil quite normal. If this was too much for him, then why did he bid and take these rare Lp from PF away from other real collectors! Beware of this very dubious buyer. Item as pictured and described & quick shipment. However, the package was not addressed correctly and ended up in the wrong house, which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, great transaction.
