This light faded decorative Art Deco Chinese handmade wool would not disappoint buyers! Measuring 175 x 95 cm (5.7 x 3 ft ) and made around 1940's it has all the attributes of fine Art Deco Oriental rug! Open field decorated with mystic and floral themes in a pale creme colours with the light pink border. This rug has a very fine weave and foundation and it seems was much brighter when was made, however over the years colours naturally slightly faded and given the rug a very decorative look. It has been cleaned and washed and has some minor localised wear otherwise a very decent Chinese Art Deco rug.
