The Shining Charizard Secret Rare in CGC Pristine 10 has been the only one to be graded a CGC 10. Population 1. (see last picture of CGC report). There is no other Shining Charizard Secret Rare 1st edition from this set that has been graded this high so far. Note that, due to CGC changing his grading system, all cards from this set with a grade of CGC 9.5 can be sent back to the company and will be re-graded as CGC 10.
