Only one piece exists in the world We estimate that the carpet is a 40-year old hand knotted Persian carpet from Tabriz. The carpet has been brought back to life by letting her original medaillon pattern and her colors fade. In Iran they named this design lachak toranj. All the work is done by hand.



Natural materials and rich colors The wool of the rug is worn beautifully by its age or shaved by hand until its cotton base. The carpet has taken multiple baths, which recolour the rug. Drying in the sun a thousand shades of yellow and brown arise. This complexity of colour combines a lot better with the rest of the interior. Of course the carpet will be washed multiple times and finished manually.
