The Macallan Harmony Rich Cacao is the first edition in the new limited release by The Macallan, created in collaboration with Jordi Roca, pastry chef at El Celler de Can Roca. Inspired by Whisky Maker Polly Logan’s visit to the famous Casa Cacao in Girona, this single malt, aged in ex-sherry seasoned oak casks, offers a unique experience and combination of whisky and chocolate. A single malt with the natural color of roasted cocoa beans, it presents on the nose with hints of dark chocolate, honey, lime, and ginger. On the palate, dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon are prominent.
