It is in this exceptional terroir perched at an altitude of 350 meters that the pure clays produce legendary wines. It is at the foot of the Pyrenees, among holm oaks in a geologically very poor area that lies the incredible crossroads between the local tramontana and the Mediterranean influence. The manager of the Estate is none other than Hervé Biseuil, a colorful character recognized as one of the greatest winemakers in Roussillon! “La Petite Sibérie” is a 2-hectare plot of particularly grandiose soil: clay-limestone plus schist with an iron concentration worthy of the greatest terroirs. Very old Grenache Noir vines in goblets to produce a unique juice. The black dress is impenetrably deep. Huge aromatic concentration on black fruits, tapenade and licorice with a touch of refreshing violet. The nose constantly evolves in the glass like the mouth which lengthens sip after sip.
