Paying
How to pay via bank transfer if I am based in a country that is not part of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA)?

You are able to pay via bank transfer if your bank is based in a SEPA country and supports SEPA Credit Transfer. As of 1st March 2019, the geographical scope of SEPA consists of the following 36 countries: the 28 EU member states plus Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, the Principality of Andorra and the Vatican City State/the Holy See.

If you want to know more about how SEPA cross-border payments works, click here.

If your bank is not based in the SEPA region and/or does not support SEPA Credit Transfer, your payment cannot be processed and the funds will be returned to your bank account.

You can use all major credit cards to make your payments e.g. Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

You can check our Help Centre for more information about our payment options and how to pay
