I received the package,there was a  delay, but it arrived safely. The gemstone matches the pictures.
I would just encourage to improve communication to make the experience even better.

Beautiful colored gems, not quite the same tone in person. Very basic cut despite being listed as top cut. Girdle with major chip, facet joints occasionally micro chipped. Overadvertised, overpriced

I won a beautiful stone at auction, but afterward it was suddenly “missing.” I was then offered clearly inferior stones by email instead, and finally the order was canceled. Very disappointing experie
